The bedroom was dirty

It’s a guest house on the opposite side from the hotel with a similar name, but we were allowed to use hotel’s parking, which was super nice. The restaurant at the guest house worked till late so we could order late dinner - and pizza was even brought to our room. It’s pretty clean, except for the shower which looked super old.

If you want to go to bed early, you won’t be able to, as the restaurant has pretty loud music till midnight and from 9:30 in the morning. Pretty far from city center.

The place is located close to the train station and within walking distance of public transportation. The room was okay-ish, the bed was big and quite comfortable. There is a pizza place at the same building so you can get your lunch & dinner there. The staff was nice and helpful.

The first confusion was with the reception. Although it is a pension, the reception is in the hotel on the other side of the road. There is no sign saying where I should go to check-in. The receptionist was nice and helpful, although she tried to charge me 70 lei more. No wifi password in the room, so I had to go back and ask the receptionist. The room is very basic; there is not even an electric kettle or a cup. The fridge didn't work. The shower didn't work properly and it was difficult to set the temperature. Also, I saw a cockroach there. The worst, however, was the noise. The room's window literally heads to the terrace of the restaurant, and the restaurant is open until 1 am on weekdays and 2 am on Friday-Sun. The music was loud and disturbing and stopped around midnight, but people continued to have parties there until early morning. If you travel with the company of friends and you wanna have a nice evening, it is probably okay. But if you're a solo traveller or travel with a family, avoid this place because you will not get proper sleep. Generally, it's not so cheap to be so crappy, so if you're not really broke, I suggest you try a different accommodation.
