Cuando coges un guesthouse esperas una cama y un baño, solo tienes lo primero, y es básico, pero está bien, personal amable y buen precio

Si quieres tener un baño olvídate, hay una niña que es del hostel que siempre está usando el baño, literalmente siempre, nunca hay oportunidad, entra unas 2 horas 3 o 4 veces al día, literalmente tuvimos que esperar hasta la 1 de la mañana para poder usarlo, desde las 21:30, es completamente insoportable e inconveniente

The dogs are very annoying and sticking to my legs when I go out or come in. The room was very hot and there no air conditioner at all in the room as mentioned in the website. I asked for a fan myself. The washroom was very dirty. The place is very noisy, from 7 am , they make noise and turn on machines. They gave me room totally different that I booked in pictures.

It is very difficult to speak about anything to like in this badly managed place. Maybe the view from the balcony. But they are definitely not the face of my country, and service in Georgia shouldn't be this bad.

I have traveled to 30 countries, have stayed in over 100 accommodations around the world (from China, Netherlands, Nigeria, Cambodia, etc.), and I have never seen such a badly managed guesthouse or such ignorant hosts. I was going to write just a personal message to them, until last evening when we were in the room with our 10-month-old baby. They knew we were leaving for the airport at 3:30 in the morning, and they started a super noisy party themselves, dancing, jumping, and screaming in front of our room. Who plans that, even in a normal house with a baby sleeping? But when you get money for a service. I came out and shouted at them loudly to shut up. 1. They offer a kettle for boiling water, but no cup or glass is available, so you boil the water and use it for what? How do you use boiled water when they don't even offer a cup to drink tea or coffee? The host said that if we wanted to use the kitchenette, we should book more expensive rooms. 2. All beds are very bad, noisy. 3. The bathroom is the biggest disaster in this house (I do not think you can call it a guesthouse yet). The bar soap and the hosts' toothbrushes are side by side without minimal hygiene standards or even a soap stand, directly on the sink that guests are using. Even in your own house, one should never do that. Three days later, the situation still hadn't changed. After this terrible experience, I got a 'bonus' and, after midnight, got locked in the bathroom because the lock had been broken for days and, of course, nobody cared about it. After 5 minutes of noise, some guest opened the door for me, and fortunately I didn't have to sleep in the bathroom. To use the washing machine in this terribly managed bathroom costs an extra 10 lari (who does that in a guesthouse when you have already charged for the room?). 4. Most importantly, these people can't understand the concept of a guesthouse and the respect you need to show guests.

Unfortunately, we had to cancel our reservation upon arrival. We had booked a room with two separate beds, but were offered a room with only one bed and were not informed of the change in advance. Since the room did not meet our needs, the owner suggested that we cancel the reservation. We arrived close to midnight, and finding another place to stay at that hour was very difficult.
