Perfectly clean and comfortable. Because of recent surgery I had a problem with taking my luggage but the owner kindly helped me even though I had to go early in the morning

Last few meters to get to the hotel are a little bit confusing and I had to call the owner to find my way

Clean, warm and charming room, very kind hostess; just around the corner from the city center. Also the host kindly arranged our airport transfer and the driver waited for us although our flight was well delayed

What the pictures don't show is that the kitchen is shared, as well as the TV. The kitchen was not being warmed up. Also the TV was unusable - it was unplugged and when we plugged it the cable did not start, we only listened to some music in YouTube

nature and greenery was awesome, people were friendly. host was very helpful

i could not find Muslim friendly (Halal meat)

Onestep is located in the heart of the city, Everything is very close and convenient, The host is a very lovely lady with a good attitude ,always replies to our requests, and was super accommodating
