The staff were super helpful, both before and during our stay. We suspect they even bought a potty specifically for our stay, which we and our little one really appreciated! We'd definitely stay here again if we ever come back!

Honestly, not much to dislike!

The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming—going out of their way to ensure my stay was perfect. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return the next time I’m in Pienza.

Huge, clean room and amazing value for money in comparison with other hotels in the area. Lovely staff! Outstanding location.

A little bit cold but there was a heater/air conditioner so not a big problem. No private parking but within walking distance of public parking places both free and paid.

I would have preferred to have a mug or cup to have coffee in and not the paper cups supplied. The fridge in our room was more a cooler and VERY small. The fan in our room was very noisy.

Nice and comfortable. Plenty of room for a bedroom. Big table and a single bed to use for luggage.

The location was superb and the hostess was very helpful and friendly.

The fact that there was no lift.
