Mimino Guest House

Mimino Guest House is a quiet, simple stay in Kutaisi. The man who runs the property is kind, and, although he does not speak English, wants to ensure you are comfortable in your stay. The room is spacious, and the location is quiet with a lovely view.

Thank you for beautiful stay. The housekeeper was very friendly. He suggested a lot of things we can make in Kutaisi. Moreover, he advised the places we should visit for.

beware,.. place doesnt have what its telling you. Room had none of the mentioned features. Neither Balcony nor anything else. Its just a bed. Also there is mold everywhere and you can smell it as soon as you enter the building.

We felt like we came to visit our good old friend, stay there was like staying at home. The owner helped us literally with everything: from taking us from the Airport to buying a sim card and a reservation in the restaurant etc etc. It was very nice and sweet stay, definitely to be repeated 100000 times!! I Will recommend this Guest House to all my Friends and relatives

I liked everything

The host is very friendly, helpful and always smiling. He will help in anyway and connect with his contact to provide us our request like tours, places to eat at the most reasonable and good quality service. He provided us tours, through the help of his friend and was with us from the first day until the last day of our stay. The tour operator is vsry friendly and is generous to give us local produced wine and cha cha and a souveners free of charge.

Host could not speak english and needs translator for easier communication. The guest house is situated on an elevated road and a challenge for people who have a hard time walking. Nonetheless everything is superb.

Friendly host and the house is spacious. Rooms with just basic equipment - bed and table and chairs. We could leave our baggage as long as we wanted, even after check-out. The host arranged airport transfer for us.

Some comfy chairs and table on the porch would be lovely!
