Posizione ideale, a due passi dal centro di Foligno e 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria.

The staff was truly great: they even contacted me to ask for my arrival and sent the position on WhatsApp to facilitate me. The room is spacious and well lit and features a balcony from which you can see a nice view. There is also a coffee machine available in the corridor, which is nice. Beds are also nice and comfortable, and the room looks tidy and clean. The place is also located very close to the city centre and conveniently lays just outside the traffic restricted area, although you should pay attention that the navigation system don’t make you cross it to arrive to the place. Big thumbs up for this place!!

The place was nice, but there are minor things that could make it even better: It was a bit noisy, both in the general area and inside the place itself, as some guest slammed doors and were noisy. Doors are old, but I think that to limit the noise a set of new seals would do the trick: you can pick those up in any hardware store for few bucks and they will make the experience much better! A small pillow for the chair would also be a welcomed addition. Then there is an annoying light coming from above the bathroom door general direction that does not allow for a relaxing sleep. The last nice thing to have would be an air conditioner: it was a bit cold during the night but not as cold as to need to turn on the heating system. This would be good also for summertime.
