値段が安くて大人数利用するには良いです。 博多駅近くなのでにぎやかです移動に便利。 駐車場だけは事前に調べた方が良いです、中心部なので高額です。

玄関が異臭があったので気になりました。 部室は大丈夫でしたので気になる人もいました。

Good location and price.

Toilet could be cleaner. Noisy and cold at night. The windows doesn't seem to have much insulation.

The location was very good, you willget a towel for each night you are staying

I do not think that the covers where change at all, there was no bedshit, only the mattress cover that wasn't changed also. It didn't looked like in the photos. The common area was very small.
