A lovely spacious apartment overlooking a small pool. The location I liked, on the edge of the old city..10 minutes walk to cafes & restaurants but still away from the tourist hustle & bustle

You don't get to meet any Hotel staff. Everything thing re check-in, access codes, payments is done through WhatsApp messenger. That worked ok for us no worries. However that doesn't suit everyone's technical skills or abilities. We encountered an Elderly American couple, who were staying there as a result of their flight being cancelled that morning.They were split up for one night from the other travellers in their group. The place was booked on their behalf. They had no idea all their check in details were in WhatsApp. They didn't have roaming. They were extremely stressed in the lobby, let in by another guest. Waiting for hours for someone or fellow Resident to help them. Perhaps there should be an alternative option for someone who arrives but has no internet access until they check in..Or isn't technical enough to figure out registration via passport, paying cleaning fee before getting your access code.

Das Zimmer war gut eingerichtet, das Bett war recht bequem und der Ausblick über die Stadt vom großzügigen Balkon aus war fantastisch. Dafür muss man allerdings ein Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk buchen. Der Check-In mithilfe der Codes für die Eingangs- und Wohnungstür verlief super. Für den Preis würde ich die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Die ein oder andere Macke war in der Unterkunft durchaus vorhanden. So waren die Wände recht karg (keine Bilder, keine Deko), die Duschstange war lose, der Kühlschrank roch nach Fisch und das Tiefkühlfach ließ sich nicht schließen. Das Sofa war schon ziemlich benutzt und hatte Flecken. Obwohl bei booking.com steht, dass alle Gebühren inklusive sind und die Reinigungsgebühr sowie die Touristensteuer explizit aufgeführt werden, muss man sie noch vor dem Check-In erneut bezahlen.
