Easy check-in with lock box. Well equipped bedroom and kitchen (there is even a washer). Location OK, about 30 minutes from Sete Citades. The pizzeria and grocery downstairs were great.

I stayed in a similar accommodation in Horta and the kitchen use was forbidden between 22:00 and 7:00. The same rule should apply here. We had bedroom 1, right next to the kitchen and in front of the dining room and people were cooking and eating at all hours. The rooms not being well soundproofed, we couldn’t get to sleep or were woken up very (very!) early. All the rooms are directly on the Main Street, so quite noisy because of the cars passing as well.

Place was clean and great water pressure. But not enough warm water for 2 people to shower after each other. Great location near the natural baths in a quiet village!

You are next to a church which goes off every hour and half hour from 7 am until 12 pm. Also it is a little town so not a lot of food choices which closes during the week

The accommodation was really pleasant. The room was spacious and had everything I needed. The shared kitchen and living area were convenient and well-maintained. The location was quiet, which made for a relaxing stay, and the self check-in was straightforward and easy.

There was no hot water for most of the stay—the water heater wasn’t working properly, and I had to take cold showers on two out of three nights. The issue seems known, as there’s a note about it, but it hasn’t been fixed. It really should be replaced, especially since there’s no way to contact the host late at night.

The accommodation is well-maintained and recently renovated. Clean and simple room with a comfortable bed. Super easy check-in and check-out We appreciated the cleanness of the shower and the bathroom.

The kitchen is really small, so there was a queue for making food. Another thing was the smell of detergents in the room. For us, it was too strong, so we had to keep the windows open fr a while.

It's near the natural thermal bath in the sea. Small but appropriately equipped rooms. AC in the bedroom. Accommodated by a Portuguese elderly who couldn't speak English nonetheless everything's clear anyway!

Both the rooms and the (private) bathrooms were very clean and big enough. There are a couple of restaurants nearby, and a supermarket. Free parking [on the street) very close to the apartment. The kitchen is well equipped. The saloon is big. The area was quiet and close to the west--side island attractions.

The kitchen is pretty small provided you're potentially sharing it with other 10 people (I guess it might be unusual to be all there at the same time, but for having breakfast is not that uncommon). There are two 6-people tables in the saloon. I missed at least another one.

U get everything u need! The guesthouse is clean, with well equipped kitchen, washing machine and easy access to bus station, supermarket, pizzeria and hiking trails. The cost is really low.

Doesn't get better than this for the price. The room was clean, and you have access to a big living room + kitchen with everything you need. The lady was super nice, and didn't rush us at all when we woke up late for the check out.

The bed was a bit small.

The hotel is located in a charming village with a great pizzeria right downstairs and a convenience store next door. The parking situation was excellent, and check-in was hassle-free. Plus, it was a perfect base to explore the island, with everything easily accessible.

Ventilation was an issue because you either had to leave the curtains wide open, allowing people outside to see in, or close them completely, blocking all air.
