La posizione e staff è ottima, peccato per il parcheggio ma questo è un problema della liguria

Appartamento sfruttato in inverno è un po troppo freddo, soprattutto per chi ha bimbo piccoli. Il riscaldamento presumo fosse centralizzato perché di giorno non andavano

Abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento che la struttura mette a disposizione. Il vero plus è la posizione, a due passi dal centro. Il locale è ampio ed offre tutto il necessario, dagli utensili della cucina, all’ampio bagno.

Sicuramente alcuni accorgimenti permetterebbero alla struttura di fare un upgrade: consigliamo di investire sugli infissi e sull’insonorizzazione (soprattutto dal piano superiore). Da migliorare decisamente la pulizia, in particolare della biancheria, lenzuola e salviette.

Proprietari gentilissimi e super disponibili. Stanza perfetta in un'ottima posizione. Perfetta anche per il nostro gatto che ha potuto guardare dalla finestra mentre noi eravamo a spasso.
