Nothing like the photos carpet was dirty windows didnt shut properly the shared bathroom had stains everywhere and the neighbour upstairs was playing tag with there mates all night

Nothing, I got robbed.
It is a scam. Once you book it they will ask for £20 deposit money otherwise they can't send you the code to get access into the property, when you send them the additional amount they will ingore you. £40+£20 = £60 down the drain. I don't know how is that even allowed on booking.com.I never had a good experience with them and never again.
