Very good value for money; a bustling street location with decent facilities and good cleanliness.

The fridge leaked all over our bags because the power is only on when the room card is in the port. Also, we really struggled to find the property (inside a banh mi shop) and then the staff didn’t know we were due/ what to do with us. The food smell also drifted up into our room and there was no lift.

Room was spacious and clean. Good kitchen facilities and free use of washing machine. Place is above a nice banh mi spot for easy food option. Plenty of other places to eat along the street too.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with a good level of English. We accidentally left a Kindle at the accommodation, and they were kind enough to package it and send it to our new accommodation in Hanoi. We were also allowed to store our luggage for a few days while on a motorcycle tour, which was also super helpful and kind.

Room has good view and the color was comfy. The window points to the main road and gét a lot of sunlight. Overall, it looks pleasure to the eyes. A big plus is that the room was really clean, from bed sheet, floor, etc. small things like that. The bathroom was also clean and neat. All sockets worked, and the host even offered bike rent. It was really easy and helpful. Most of all, the host was super supportive!! Really made my trip way easier and much more flexible. Thanks!

Air conditioner remote control worked not very well. And the water heater took quite long, but that's all.
