Please note that there is a EUR 30 charge for late check-in from 21:00 to 22:00. Check-in after 22:00 is not possible. Please note that all rooms are on upper floors. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. Please note that there is no place to park bicycles at the property. Bicycles are not permitted in the rooms. The damage deposit will only be requested on specific dates, such as those that coincide with Medieval or Isabel de Segura Weddings (in February of each year) or the Angel or Vaquillas Festivals (in July of each year). Please note that on these dates you will not be able to stay if you have not made the damage deposit. Damage could be considered smoking in the rooms or common spaces, more guests staying than those reserved, or access or use of the facilities by people other than those registered, material damage, bringing pets or any other type of damage.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
