地點離羅東夜市很近，週邊也有很多美食小吃、超商，入住前闆娘提供很多訊息和指導路線，也很詳細的說明，房間非常乾淨舒適，有電梯，進出都要磁卡感應，樓下就有自助洗衣，非常方便，下次再去羅東會再住這裏！

1. 剛進房間很悶熱。（說會提前開空調但沒有） 2. 時鐘顯示不正確。 3. 房間擺設空虛，沒有沙發。 4. 提供充足的住房資訊，但發送訊息的時間是入住當天下午，直接訊息轟炸。
