Tientong Guesthouse

Nice room for 3 people with a private bathroom and patio in the front. The room was comfortable and despite the noise pollution, we actually quite enjoyed our stay of 4 nights! There's a kitchen and a nice hanging out area upstairs, which we unfortunately only discovered last minute. Seven11 is conveniently near and the closest city beach just 15min walk away!

The wifi signal was a bit weak at times - if you're trying to work or have a video call, better use your mobile hotspot! The constant noise from outside. The guesthouse is right next to a busy road and a train station and the noise seemed to go on through the night (I'm sensitive to noise while trying to sleep). The earplugs are a must! And first night i also wore noise cancelling headphones but following few nights i guess i got used to it and earplugs were enough. There's a bit of a humid smell in the room but turning on AC helps.

Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche haben sehr frisch nach Waschmittel gerochen.

Das W-lan war sehr instabil. Es hat etwas gedauert bis man aus der Einfahrt gelaufen/gefahren ist da sich die Unterkunft im Hinterhof befindet.

Propre, confortable et bien entretenu, bon rapport qualité prix. Gérante accueillante. Situé un peu à l’écart de la grand route, toute commodité à proximité. Murs en dur, on entend pas les voisins.

Parfois des bruits bizarres, lampe salle de bains qui grésille, pas grand chose.

The bed was huge - must be superking. The weight of the duvet perfect for the climate and the mattress ..... best sleep I've had in years despite normally being restless due to arthritis. Some really useful touches by the host - fridges in rooms and plug adapters to uk sockets.

The location is convenient but there is some road and rail noise - we were on 1st floor - probably less on ground floor. There is also music not sure if its from foodcourt - seems to stop 11p.m. Despite this it really was a comfortable, good sleep.
