Tientong Guesthouse

The second time I have visited here. Comfortable and clean room. Has an upstairs communal kitchen that is handy for preparing breakfast and a coffee. The location is a strange one. While technically very close to the rail station and wonderful food park, west of the rail line, it still requires a decent walk down the soi and u-turning up another soi to get to these locations. The closest 7/11 and main road (with regular saengthaew) is a straight six or seven minute walk away . All the same, good value and friendly host.

The wonderul Ban Kun Por food park nearby has bands that go late into the night (10.30-11.30 usually finishing) that can be heard, so if that bothers you , might make sense to come back late after an evening out.

Every thing was what I needed and the staff were really nice

Super clean, nice size room. Hot and cold shower. Nice upstairs area for sitting in with kitchenette facilities. Friendly, helpful host. Local shops close enough to walk to.

Due to beachfront hotels it was a bit further to walk to the beach than I'd thought, but easily doable.

Central to town. Good value for a place to stay. Basic accommodation. The lady who runs the place is very helpful with advice & did my washing.

All good. It is a 2 star so you get what you pay for.

Clean room

When it’s rains you will be standing in cm high water. You can’t avoid. The floor will me wet and dangerous. The price is a bit too high for this room.
