Villa Grande Hévíz

Lastnik je zelo odziven (pokvarjen kuhalnik za vodo je takoj zamenjal, dosegljiv je tudi telefonsko). Sobe so lepo opremljene (nova oprema).

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett. Die Wohnung ist klimatisiert, und jeder Raum verfügt über einen eigenen Kühlschrank. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Das Thermalbad ist in etwa 23 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier auf jeden Fall.

Die Gemeinschaftsküche (je Stockwerk eine) könnte etwas mehr Ausstattung vertragen, aber für unsere Bedürfnisse war sie ausreichend. Die Balkone könnten einen Sichtschutz zum Nachbarzimmer gut gebrauchen.

We had a great experience at this apartment. The owner was very kind and gave us a thorough tour of the apartment and the kitchen area, explaining carefully how everything works. The apartment is very well located, equipped with everything you need, and has an excellent air conditioning system. The owner speaks English very well, which made communication smooth and easy. He was also very responsive to our inquiries. I highly recommend this apartment!

I do not recommend! This is a scammer. Every day he came up with reasons to steal money from me. He came up with a teaspoon that was missing, the glass in the bathroom was broken, the TV was scratched, the frying pan was scratched. He tried to take money from me every day. When I said that I would call the police for This, the scammer stopped these actions!

The apartment is in a great location in the town and it is good value for the money. The beds were comfortable

In the description of the room it stated: “apartment consists of 1 living room, 3 separate bedrooms” however in reality it was 2 separate bedrooms and a living room/kitchen with a sofa bed in it which was not big of an issue as we were a group of 4 however it would have been uncomfortable if there were one or two more persons

I booked ONE day before but obviously he didn't see the message from *booking.com* - on the phone he told me that he informed *booking.com* but they say they never got a message from the owner... and if you cannot host after the booking got through the owner is responsible to find a replacement accommodation and pays the difference! That was refused by the owner, too
