Las fotos no se corresponden con la realidad, muchas suciedad, a mí marido lo picó un alacrán que estaba en la cama!!! Ventanas sin cristales. Un engaño total. Por favor, NO rentéis este alojamiento.

La ubicación

Llegamos de noche y aunq nos habían dado alguna indicación para llegar al aparcamiento resultó insuficiente ya que no había ningún tipo de señalizacion y el personal encargado del hotel dejaba de estar activo a las 7 pm. Además la cerradura no funcionaba por lo que no podíamos cerrar la.puerta de la.habitacion. Las instalaciones están descuidadas. Íbamos con las expectativas muy altas porq por las fotos parecía idílico pero al llegar allí nos decepciono

Immersione quasi totale nella natura, mantenendo un buon livello di comfort. La stanza era curata nei dettagli e molto accogliente con tutto il necessario, compresa una guida per vivere e utilizzare al meglio i servizi annessi.

Il sole durante il mese di agosto sorge esattamente di fronte al letto: bellissimo risveglio, ma a volte un po’ presto! Suggeriamo una mascherina per chi vuole dormire a lungo!

Las vistas y las instalaciones

Die Lage war sehr schön im Grünen und man hört die ganze Nacht das Meer rauschen! Die Mosquitonetze am Schlafzimmer sind super, ebenso der Ventilator. Auf dem Balkon hat man sogar einen kleinen Kühlschrank!

Man sollte besser nicht mit großem Koffer anreisen, sonst werden die Stufen nach oben vielleicht zu einer Herausforderung. Ein Ansprechpartner vor Ort hat mir dann doch auch mehr gefehlt als erwartet. Die Gastgeber waren zwar immer über Booking erreichbar und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber vor allem für die weitere Reiseplanung ist es doch manchmal gut, man hat zumindest für gewisse Zeiten jemanden vor Ort.

Brilliant location, stunning views and scenery. Lots of space in the apartment. Aircon in the bedroom was helpful to ease the high heat occasionally.

It is very simple and very exposed to the elements. A bug net would have been such an easy addition to have over the bed - not least to offer some protection from the scorpions and other animals that were at times in the bedroom.

The safe didnt have batteries on arrival which the staff promptly sorted out when I messaged them - however it still didn’t work after putting batteries in after I followed the instructions to set the code and seemed a bit faulty as the low battery sign was flashing. I decided to not raise it further with the staff as I was worried that my valuables might get locked in there without me being able to open it again. I didn’t have any issues with safety whilst there but it did feel a bit exposed especially at night, as there aren’t any staff present overnight - there was no proper lock to the bungalow bedroom- only the lower area, but as the bathroom was on this floor I didn’t keep it locked at night. Also the access to the pousada from both streets was easily accessible by anyone, so theoretically anyone could have walked from the street into my bedroom (although the property does have video surveillance). Having the bathroom on the lower floor was a bit annoying at night. I totally understand the rationale for having a compost toilet, so didn’t mind too much using it, but it did smell and as there was a gap in the bathroom exposed to outside, which was below the bedroom, the smell did waft upwards at times. It was extremely hot and humid whilst I was there (I think it was a heatwave) - there was a fan upstairs and downstairs but often it didn’t feel like enough. It’s not the kind of place that could have AC as the bungalow structure is open to the elements. The bungalow did look like it had been cleaned, but perhaps not super recently - things were quite dusty, there were lots of dead insects on the floor, the debris in the bed - again totally get that the bungalow is exposed to the elements so there is going to be more insects than usual! But it seemed like maybe it hadn’t been cleaned super recently.
