Really clean and spacious room. Beautifully decorated and everything in working order. Staff were so friendly, helpful and attentive. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a place to stay in Negombo.

Staff go over and above for you. So so friendly and happy. Room is so much larger than it looks and bed is so comfy. AC works well. 10 mins walk to beach and shops. Breakfast was a awesome

Fantastic villa located close by beach and restaurants, warmly welcoming host , super tasty breakfast and lunch, we felt so relaxed and peaceful in our stay with a quite street , clean room and large bathroom, 100% recommended for all types of travellers for a perfect and relaxed stay here .

A perfectly located villa + Very close to beach and restaurant, very nice host , the villa is newly opened, the room is more clean and comfortable, they arranged us traditional delicious breakfast and dinner , the villa is located in a perfect point where tourists can easily go to restaurants, beach, supermarket, bar , atm and other places, a wonderful stay in Negombo, recommended for everyone

Host Family + Good host , we had a family feeling with the host family, helped us to our trip , arranged vehicle to travel , mouthwatering food , huge room with clean bathroom, no mosquitos even they provide mosquito net, they provide us tea for welcoming which was so good for the climate 😀

Ideal place and super small-scale hotel. + It is a very atmospheric hotel, nice small scale and the staff is very helpful, the location is perfect near the shops and the beach is also not far about 100 meters. We had nice beds, two mattresses, also there was air conditioning and a fan, was a spacious room. For the price, this is a great hotel..
