They accepted our early morning 4am checkin. The beddings were clean and they had a mosquito net.

When we arrived, the room wasn't clean. this place had good reviews but my stay wasn't at all what I expected from them. There was a rat. The Uber app didn't work to arrange a tuktuk to the airport and the lady wanted to charge 2000 LKR for 10 mins ride, which is twice of the price for the room. I wouldn't go back there for sure.

Réponse rapide de l’hôte alors qu’on a fait la demande très tôt (5h). La dame nous a préparé un petit thé au matin et un petit déjeuné. Très gentille

À notre arrivée donc vers 6h, on nous a dit qu’il faudra payer des suppléments car nous étions là trop tôt par rapport au checking. Ce qui n’est pas honnête car sur booking tout avait été accepté donc aucun frais supplémentaires n’auraient dû être demandés. Le lendemain la dame nous a remboursé le 3/4

Worst experience of my travel life.

The behavior of the owner and the condition of the room, both were unexpectedly disappointing. I reached after twelve hours of journey from Ella, the owner did not give me time to get freshen up even. She asked for money in advance and I paid. The room was extremely hot and suffocating. Then I booked and shifted another hotel instantly. She was so rude and kept all the money. I expect no one experience this in Sri Lanka. It was the only harsh experience during my Sri Lanka tour.
