"Great stay near Negombo beach"

Very friendly staff. Spacious room. Good location. Nice breakfast. Good wifi. Arranged airport pick-up and boat tour for us.

Only one of the two beds had a musquito net. Some things were a bit rickety and need to be fixed and/or cleaned.

Apartamento amplio con nevera grande y cocina. La piscina es mini pero estaba limpia. El personal muy amable y la señora por la mañana nos preparó un desayuno casero y muy rico en la terracita, la veíamos como lo hacía. Desayuno abundante con algunos productos típicos.

Breakfast is excellent. Staff are friendly and always there to provide assistance. Rooms are clean. The garden is beautiful. Location is very good for beach walking and easy access to many restaurants. We have a very happy 3 night stay.
