LVVery responsive and kind host. The villa is very carefully cleaned and maintained. We like seafood and the products we bought from the fish market were very deliciously prepared by the host's wife. Delicious and rich breakfast. We took advantage of the offered opportunity to go for massages, which were fantastic.

FRExpérience exceptionnelle au Grand Royal Villa qui porte bien son nom et qui mériterait un 12/10 ! C'est le meilleur hébergement que nous ayons eu en 3 semaines et le prix est très correct. La villa est située au calme, à une rue de la plage et de l'agitation. Il y a quelques bons restaurants à 2 minutes dans la rue (mention spéciale pour Jolly Mango). La piscine entourée du petit jardin tropical est très agréable, tout est fait pour se reposer. La maison est très spacieuse et aérée. Nous avions la chambre à l'étage avec sa super terrasse surplombant la piscine. Grande pièce bien agencée, excellent matelas et douche chaude avec un pare douche, ce qui a le mérite d'être précisé ! En arrivant Anton nous a gentillement fourni de la lessive ce qui nous a permis de continuer notre périple avec du linge propre. Les propriétaires sont adorables, à l'écoute si besoin mais discrets, très respectueux et amoureux du pays, nous avons eu un super échange avec eux. Située à 20 minutes de l'aéroport, Anton peut vous arranger un transfert pour 3000 (mois de 10€). Que vous arriviez ou repartiez, c'est l'endroit idéal à Negombo.
CHRuhige Lage, liebevoller Gatsgeber, der uns ein traditionelles singhalesisches Frühstück zubereitet (sehr lecker) und sich um alles herzlich gekümmert hat. Bequemes Bett, grosser Balkon für uns alleine, Garten und Pool zu erfrischen. Ideal um Sri Lanka-Reise zu starten.

AUThe room was clean as was the pool. Breakfast was nice and the owner allowed me to hang around after checkout as I waited for a flight.
DEWir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Villa befindet sich in zentraler jedoch ruhiger Lage. Zur Hauptstraße und zum Strand gelangt man zu Fuß innerhalb von fünf Minuten. Das Zimmer, der Außenbereich und der Pool sind sehr sauber. Das WiFi ist stabil und schnell. Unseren Wünschen entsprechend haben wir ein leckeres Frühstück bekommen. Anton hat für uns eine entspannende Massage inklusive Transfer vom Hotel organisiert. Die Villa ist etwa 20 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt und ein genialer Ort zum Ankommen oder zum Abfliegen. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und empfehlen diese Unterkunft gerne weiter. Vielen Dank für alles!

DKAnton var rar, hjælpsom og utrolig opmærksom på at vi havde en god ferie hos ham. Morgenmaden var god og varieret. Dejlig pool. Hotellet ligger ikke lang fra strand og restauranter. Kommer gerne igen
