Fantastic host. Michael was very attentive and kind. He gave me a lot of interesting information about Palermo. The room is perfect for a tourist stay. Lovely view on the street. We can feel the Sicilian ambiance there. Tasty breakfast in a bar nearby. I highly recommend!

The place is in great location. The neighborhood is quite calm but it is also very close to the main atractions. The host was very helpful and we felt really taken care of. We got suggestions from him regarding the best restaurants and places to visit. Michael made sure that we have everything we need during our stay. The breakfast was in the nearby coffeehouse and it was lovely. I really recommend this place! :)

Very charming room and in a quiet neighborhood. Michael and Giuseppe were the best hosts and were so kind and helpful with any questions I had. Would definitely recommend.

Michael and Guiseppe are both very friendly and helpful and run a very professional establishment. They provide everything for the comfort of their guests, including lovely breakfast at their nearby cafe. Michael even brought me a kettle and teacup when I requested it, so I could have tea in the room. The location is very close to the centre, including safe covered parking at Orlando parkeggio, but at the same time not in a touristy area. Highly recommended.

The place is charming,authentic and very central☺️ Spacious room, provided with everything you need (filled minibar, bathroom kit, iron), yummie breakfast one street further, and I was lucky to find a parking spot in front of the building. The owners are lovely! Always available and providing you with all the informations you need. Michael even tried helping me fixing a rental car problem. And as I had to get up at 5pm to drive to the airport, I found a warm cappucino&croissant in front of my door🥰 I absolutely recommend this place, grazie per tutto!

If you have a very light sleep like me, think to bring ear plugs, but that's always the price you have to pay to be that central😉

The hosts are lovely, they put a lot of effort into the property and into making your experience special. The food is extremely tasty, the room is very clean, organised and well located! Would definitely go again, 10/10.
