Rooms 19 - Rooms and Breakfast

Von der Kommunikation mit ganz vielen Tipps zur Anreise, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten von Marta, über den super netten Empfang durch Signore Pino mit Espresso und einer kühlen Flasche Wasser war alles hervorragend. Das Zimmer ist gut durchdacht, hat genügend Möglichkeiten Sachen aufzuhängen, die Koffer abzustellen und extra Licht im Bad. Das Frühstück konnte man wählen und es wurde zur gewünschten Zeit aufs Zimmer gebracht. Wir haben auf dem Mini-Balkon gefrühstückt. Es war super nett dort. Wir würden Rooms 19 jederzeit wieder buchen.

Das Bad ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es war top sauber

Nice room in the heart of Palermo, close to the harbor. The host was very welcoming and helpful, providing great restaurant recommendations and tips. The room offered everything we needed, and the in-room breakfast was a lovely touch. We can highly recommend it for a perfect stay in Palermo.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet établissement. Marta s'est toujours montrée soucieuse de répondre à mes attentes et a toujours répondu à mes questions avec bienveillance et cela même lors de nos différents échanges avant mon arrivée sur place. La chambre était très agréable bien équipée, très propre, et correspondait tout à fait à mes attentes. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et bon, j'ai apprécié de pouvoir choisir ce que je voulais manger et les horaires auxquels le prendre en fonction de mon programme de visites de la journée. Le B&B est particulièrement bien situé, entre le port et le centre historique, et j'ai pu faire tous mes déplacements à pied dans Palerme. Marta m'a donné des indications bien utiles sur les lieux à visiter et les endroits où manger. Je voudrais dire un grand merci à Marta et à son équipe qui ont tous été d'une extrême gentillesse et d'un grand professionnalisme. Bravo Grazie mille a tutti !!

On my 10-day trip in Sicily, host of this apartment was the only local person speaking English. She was also really kind and helpful, providing a lot of useful info. After checkout, I forgot my charger in the room, she notified me immediately and organized the handover to me. The apartment is clean, located in a perfect location (port and city centre is just minutes by walk), still quite quiet. For breakfast, you can select from many options in advance what you want and what time you want it to be delivered to your room. I loved this way, as it was comfortable and efficient, the food and the coffee was fresh and tasty. The room is quite compact, practically equipped, air condition is effective. Room service cleaned the room every day.

Parking. I know it is not the fault of the apartment at all, what is more, they kindly prepared me for this in advance: the apartement is just on the border of the limited zone, parking is possible some steps away on the street. It would be perfect as theoretically it is free (parking places painted with white), but you have to pay a fee to a robust guy (August 2025: 10€/night, cash only, and surprise-surprise: no bill :D). What they do there looks a little parking mafia to me, sitting there all day, having no signs of being an authority and telling all tourists that it is a paid parking place, but well... the price is not so high, and my car was unharmed during my stay. So all together, it was not a real problem at all. Highly recommended place to visit Palermo!!
