GBThe location was fantastic - right off of the main street through Palolem and by a number of nice bars and cafes, and a short walk to the beach. The room was basic but all we needed - we literally only ever planned to sleep here and didn't need anything more than a bed and bathroom (and air con!). The room was fairly basic but clean, the staff were lovely. I received a whatsapp message a few days before we arrived to discuss arrival logistics and the staff even sent a cab to pick us up from the airport (for approx 2200 Rupees) which made our arrival very breezy. All in all - loved our stay and would happily return.
There was wi-fi but it didn't reach our room. Not the end of the world but slightly annoying for downtime periods.
GBLocation was a,few steps away from the shops and about five to ten minutes from the main beach.
The debris outside tends to put you off on arrival lots of plastic bottles and other items .but rooms kept clean and functional WiFi seemed limited

PLGreat localization close to the beach, shops and restaurants, but still quite quiet in the night. Very good parking inside the property. Kind and helpful owners. Comfortable bed. Good AC.
Room needs complete cleaning and painting. All furniture is very old and it is difficult to use them. Everywhere are spider webs and killed mosquitoes. In the bathroom there is a lot of stone sediment so it is difficult and not nice to use it. Bathroom in general is dirty.
ZAThis is a good guesthouse with all you need. The price is good and the location is central. It is also just off the main road so quiet in the evenings.
