A Smoking fine of 500 ZAR applies to all guests for smoking or vaping in our rooms. We do have a NO smoking and vaping policy in our rooms. There is space provided on the property outside for smoking and vaping. No refunds will be paid out directly from the Establishment , to any overseas accounts. We cannot create beneficiaries for overseas accounts. We do not have the authority to do so.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Great price. Good location. The room was clean.

The walls dividing the next room was prefab. I had quiet until 19:00 after that there was noise coming from the next room until 24h15. The bed was also a 3/4 bed.

"Uncomfortable, unpleasant, unwelcoming"

Breakfast was not appetizing at all. Same menu.day in and day out. No fresh fruit mix. Lack of variety. Pork.sausage was very hard and tasteless.

The owner does not interact with guests or was it just me? She went past me during breakfast a number of times without even greeting me as a guest. A friendly attitude would work wonders for this place. The bed was uncomfortable. It felt like a tough foam mattress. The room was too small - I felt suffocated.

We didn't order breakfast but location is good, very clean and friendly staff.

If only they can have bathroom doors,both of our rooms 13 and 14 don't have.

Gorgeous premises - what a nice surprise that was. The rooms were very clean and well appointed.

I can only assume, because we stayed a Sunday night, there was no staff available (we needed ice and cushions for the outside chairs)
