Blunotte Potenza

This is a no nonsense clean quiet room in Potenza on a residential street. It’s about a 20 min walk down to the train/regional bus station but uphill with luggage from the station to the room you’ll want a taxi. Bkfst is packaged treats and instant espresso but there’s the Grand Cafe if you can find the elevator about 5 min away.

The owner was very helpful, available, responsible, and very welcoming. The place was tidy, and toiletries were available. Snacks as well. Overall, it was alright. I enjoyed my stay.

The fact that it wasn't mentioned anywhere that the place is located in the mountains and indicates how to get there using the escalator.

The room I had was on a very busy road so was quite noisy. It would be handy to have a bottle opener in the kitchen so if one brings a bottle of wine or beer, it can be opened easily.

We loved the friendly welcome, the coffee and cakes for breakfast and the outstanding view from the balcony!
