The breakfast was nice

There was almost never anybody on the Reception desk, and the lady that was in Hotel most of the time and could be found in case of need did not speak English. Only in the mornings we could see another lady that spoke English and could help us. So it wasn't helpful. We knew that we might have problems with weather and deliberately took hotel with spa pool and sauna in case of rainy days. Of course we had cheaper options but we paid more to have spa .In the first day we were told that pool is broken and is not functioning and during 10 days of our stay it was not fixed. In addition there was extremely strong odor of chlore from spa so we could not get even close to it. In bottom line we paid for pool and spa and there was no pool and spa there during our stay. Children were very disappointed, they checked if pool is OK every day but it never was. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. Of course it is subjective but this is my opinion. They claim to have restaurant but when we tried it once, most of the things that were mentioned in menu ,could not be cooked Even though that when I booked this hotel it was written that the price includes all taxes and fees,at checkout the lady insisted that I pay additional tax I do not understand how they got such a high mark till now. Maybe because we were the only costumers ,they closed part of they facilities but generally the stay was disappointing

Totul a fost la superlativ, de la primirea călduroasă până la confortul camerelor. Țin să mulțumesc doamnei Lenuța care gătește impecabil și este un suflet extraordinar.

Frau Violetta und Frau Lenuta sind außergewöhnliche Gastgeberinnen, sehr sehr bemüht um die Gäste. Meine Tochter und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Lieben lieben Dank.

Foarte frumos peisajul, personalul foarte amabil

Apa din piscină a fost când rece când caldă, iar piscină destul de mică, locația pe maps e greșită(cu 3 km mai departe de predeal, noi am venit cu trenul și voiam să mergem până în oraș și în loc de 30 de minute au fost 90), paturile pe pat foarte mici, mâncarea scumpa, ok ca și gust

Micul dejun a fost ok, divers. Locatia a fost curata, gazda primitoare.

Din pacate, nu am putut beneficia de piscina din prima zi doarece apa era rece. Din cele 3 zile de sejur, doar in ultima zi apa era calda sa putem face baie atat noi cat si copilul. Sauna avea temperatura joasa, nu asa cum ar trebui (temperatura maxima 50 de grade). Mi-ar fi placut ca atat piscina cat si sauna sa fie disponibile din ziua in care am ajuns nu doar in ultima zi inainte de plecare. Aaratul de cafea avea probleme cu unele tipuri de cafea, doar unele functionau.
