-about the Room; Poor value for money (compared to other past Philippine accommodation), 2500 pesos is very very expensive for the room we had : .Room in a passageway (had to close all the curtains for privacy). .No WiFi in the room .Lot’s of insect in the room

We stayed here for 4 nights, based purely on the reviews. The vibe here is very laid back and chill! This is a family run operation, so it has a homey feel with the decor. We stayed in the Dolphin room, it was very clean, comfortable and bright. AC strong, hot water good and good water pressure. Tons of space in the room as well as shelves in the hallway. The views from the various viewpoints in the common areas are amazing with direct access to a rocky beach with lots to explore if you love tide pools and sea creatures. There is really great snorkeling right outside the resort, just make sure you bring good sandals or reef shoes as the rocks are sharp. The food is delicious, we ate lots of Philippino food (pancit and adobo), the iced coffee is soooo good. You will want to rent a scooter to explore the island and take yourself back to the resort. Its a 30 min ride to the main Romblon town. They can organize a scooter for you. Ask Eric about all the hidden spots on the island, he is truly passionate about Romblon Island and can tell you about all the great spots that you should not miss! Bonus points if you can speak French!!!

There were not always a variety of fruits available for breakfast, but this is due to the availability and cost. You can easily take a ride down to the town and buy your own fruits when not available at the resort.

The pool had a greasy film in top. I always book somewhere with a pool. This was unusable. I really don’t like to complain but attention to detail needs to happen. No mirror in the bathroom. It just felt a bit uncared fore… such a shame. To have an expectation from the photos to reality if a depressing room was sad. Great location. Great host, but please visit your room with a customers eyes. Soap left from previous client in soap dish. This is just feedback for future customer experience….. loved the owner and the location. Just some attention to the room would be great
