late check in worked very well.

I booked a Deluxe double room, but only got a standard room. small room with shower in bath! not great. Beds are not comfy. Gysers are out and had to shower cold. I had better rooms. I dont like the fact that I book deluxe double room and then they phoned and want to sell me the next level room. Not great for Booking.com costumer

Proximity to the event I attended. The staff from Mr Wison to the Ladies made my stay given the challenge I had attended (Kosmos3in1) bearable.
