Reservamos porque ponía que el check-in era hasta las 22 horas y por la mañana me escribieron insistiendo en que lo hiciéramos antes de las 9. Les dijimos que necesitámos más tarde. A las 21.30 llamamos para confirmar a qué hora llegaríamos y volvieron a decirnos que el check-in era hasta las 21 (les recordamos que en la web ponía 22 horas y nos dicen que ya, pero que prefieren tener todo hecho antes). Al final llegamos a las 22 horas justas y llamamos para que vinieran a abrirnos porque ya no había nadie. No entiendo que pongan hasta las 22 horas (y en la propia puerta que hasta las 22.30, pero luego "regañen" si no llegas antes de las 21 horas. Seleccionamos opción 2 camas, escribimos insistiendo en que queríamos 2 camas. Y, al final, pusieron cama doble. ¿Por qué te dan a elegir opciones si al final te ponen lo que quieren, distinto a lo que has pedido?. Entiendo que es un hostal, de precio no muy alto, pero ya que no tiene ni armario ni apenas nada en la habitación... al menos un vaso (2 vasos) no estaría mal. Tampoco entiendo que si la reserva es para 2 no haya 2 toallas. ¿Hay que compartir toalla? Y como ya no queda personal, no puedes pedir otra, claro.

Pagamos 190€ por una noche en una habitación pequeña, vieja y de mala calidad. Fue una habitación de pensión decadente a precio de hotel cinco estrellas

The best things about this property are the location close to Plaza Mayor and the cheap price. The room was tiny but quiet at the back of the hotel. The bed was comfortable enough but the mattress protector made it quite a hot sleep. The hot water shower was virtually instantaneous. The staff at Reception were friendly and allowed me to check in early and looked after my luggage after checking out. I also made use of a small fridge beside Reception.

A day after checking out, I received an email from booking.com, supposedly from the hotel, saying my credit card details were invalid and if I didn’t take corrective action, I might lose my booking. This appeared to be fraudulent as I’d paid well before arriving and I’d just left the hotel. I reported it to booking.com and the hotel but did not receive a satisfactory response from booking.com about them following it up with the hotel and I didn’t hear back from the hotel. I subsequently received two emails from booking.com: the first one saying my booking had been cancelled because of invalid credit card details and the second one asking me to rate my stay at this hotel! My booking was guaranteed by a credit card on 28 March, then payment was taken on 30 March by the owner and not booking.com according to my credit card statement. Maybe that’s what initiated the email from booking.com about the credit card details missing the CVV number but why was it sent after my stay? All very weird!

Daniela, la chica de la recepción del turno mañana. Realmente me parece que tienen una recepcionista de otra galaxia. Amable, calida y optimista. Estoy sorprendido
