"Dormir en un edificio histórico"

El edificio es precioso y está muy bien restaurado. La zona es súper tranquila, sin el bullicio del centro, al que se llega en nada La habitación es amplísima y el servicio del hotel muy atento y amable.

Por poner una pega, no hay recepción como tal, hay que ir al restaurante.

La habitación estaba poco decorada y lo peor la cafetería no abre hasta las 12, no puedes tomarte ni un café y está como a 30 minutos del centro

Las condiciones de la habitación dejaban mucho que desear, tuvimos una mala experiencia relacionada con la limpieza nada más llegar. Manchas en la ropa de cama que nos incomodaron completamente, suelo y paredes sucias, olor a cerrado o a poca ventilación, condiciones en general del hostal deteriorado, con mucha humedad y bastante poco agradables que demuestran muy poco mantenimiento y desinterés total. Atención al cliente de booking fue muy resolutivo y amables tras comentarles la situación, y aunque por parte del hostal pusieron en duda lo que contamos y se mostraron bastante reacios, finalmente nos devolvieron el dinero.
