Well... First of all it's a great value for money. Place has a huge potential but most of the things need to be changed. People who managed the property are kind and friendly but I would say no proffesional. Well equipped common kitchen but because of the dirtiness and insects, better stay away. Plague of ants (kitchen, bathroom, terrace, room(!)) once again because of lack of cleaning. Many lizards in the bedroom, watching you all the time, not dangerous, quite funny to observe but once again it's higiene aspect (signs of their activity and dirt on the mattress and sheet). Technically room staff doesn't exist, only familiar with the broom and intetested with falling leaves from trees and plants. No equipment to clean other things like bathroom or floor. Cheery on top is terribly loud sound of machinery next door on very last night since 3am till 4am constantly banging (I'm very easy going with night sounds but it was way to much).

This place is awesome! A very beautiful Balinese guesthouse with very nice staff. Booked 1 night originally but changed my plan to stay here for 2 more nights.
