Jagat Villa Guest House

The place is not luxorious, but clean and comfortable and location is in the centre of old city, closeby to everything. Family, who owns the place, is just lovely, so helpful and welcoming. I highly suggest to take also the tour that Vivek is offering. Next time in Udaipur I would 100% stay in this place again. The owners are really sweet, they let us check in early & check out late which was a huge plus. The room was also clean and the bed comfortable. Really enjoyable stay in this guesthouse with a great location 🙂

Our room had unstable wifi connection, but we could easily go to the common space to solve this. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, you might need some earplugs, as the dogs were prety noisy.

Vivek and his family are incredibly kind and genuine people. The guesthouse is kept so clean, my room was perfect! Such an amazing price for what you get. Situated next to so many of the main sights to see in udaipur which vivek wrote down all the information for me. Vivek also provides a tour around many sights outside of udaipur such as the famous gardens, other temples, different lakes and hills to climb. We went out in his bike together which he drives so safely on, i felt so relaxed. It was an amazing day driving through the countryside and mountains. He knows so much about the places we visited. He is such a relaxed and chilled out guy, spending the day with him was lovely! Highly recommend staying at the guest house, but even more so taking his tour!
