La piscina y en general la decoración exterior y distribución de las habitaciones. La amplitud de la habitación para 3 personas y el baño. El personal fue bastante amable pese a no hablar mucho inglés.

Podría mejorarse la iluminación de la habitación, también la zona de restaurante/comedor ya que no apetecía mucho quedarse a comer ahí por el calor y por la proximidad a la cocina, que podría mejorarse.

Beautiful little oasis nice and central in Bingin. Would highly recommend!

Große Zimmer schöner Pool

the door to the room is a sliding door (normal here) with weird slits (approx. 3 cm) through which all kinds of animals can get in. Among other things, I had a giant cockroach in my room. Unfortunately, I can't understand the many good reviews. Personally, I didn't find the staff to be very nice or accommodating. When you actively approached them, they were normal, but otherwise they were not very attentive or forward-thinking. Only the women speak English quite well, the men don't speak it at all. For two days, I paid 10k for water from the same woman, then suddenly I had to pay 15k. There is no light switch near the door, so you have to walk to the bed in the dark. Unfortunately, the main light is also very bright. And there are only two power outlets, which are extremely far away from the bed. Then there are only blackout curtains, no others that let light through. So either it's permanently dark, or everyone else in the hotel can see you. And unfortunately, one of the employees stares a lot. I thought it wouldn't be a problem on the day of departure when I was packing, but I had to close the curtains again because he sat down on a stool by the pool and stared at me very intrusively. When I closed one curtain, I thought he couldn't see me anymore. Suddenly, I turned around and saw him watching me through my bathroom mirror in the room, which had a direct view of me.The bathroom is very stuffy, dark, and damp. Towels are not changed unless explicitly requested, and unfortunately my mattress was completely worn out, so I could hardly sleep.

This place is overpriced for what it offers. There’s no management on-site, and any issue has to go through Booking.com, which makes everything slower and less personal. I stayed two nights, then extended twice just to avoid the hassle of moving. Still, I got a message saying I had to change rooms — exactly what I was trying to avoid. I had to rush back at noon to move to a smaller and less comfortable room. If I’d known that, I would never have renewed my stay. I asked for a refund, but was told it had to go through Booking.com. Even though the staff clean the place, the bathroom has a persistent bad smell, and the toilet brush looks like it hasn’t been replaced in years.

The location was perfect! Not directly but one minute away. To the beach it was like 12-14 minutes on the grabbike. The pool was very nice and it was quiet. Also clean and the staff was nice. Housekeeping everyday

We missed a fridge in our room. We have a one year old daughter that needs milk every evening and morning. Also during our 4 day stay, the towels were not replaced for clean ones. And maybe a little pillow for the chairs outside!

Amazon huge room. Clean and pretty. Nice outside garden and pool! Really liked the place.

The room is so dark. It needs more lights or stronger lights at least. Also some shampoo and tissues would have been nice in the room... Minor things really. We got tissues from the staff after asking and the hand wash, that was there, did a good job as shampoo too actually
