The room was nice and clean

Everytime when there is no power the plugs trips so you have to get up even at 1 in die morning to switch it on that was so annoying the owner is sometimes very rude and arrogant

"Not pleasant as we felt we did not have any privacy."

It felt like our neighbours were in our room. The noise was not pleasant. We did not feel private at all. Had to keep our curtains closed at all times.

Staff was friendly and tried to help

1. Lack of a TV 2. Very lonely. felt unsafe as the main gate was not locking. 3. No water when there was loadshedding 4. The plugs tripped after loadshedding 5. Mobile data didnt work during loadshedding
