The room was fine, the location was decent.

The listing was not as advertised. My room did not have a balcony. I tried to speak to someone about this, but I couldn't find any staff at all. There was no snack bar. 5 hours after I checked out I got a message saying it was on the 4th floor. My bathroom door locked, so I couldn't get in, in the morning, took ages to find someone to help me. There was no one at reception any time I was there. Oh, and the spa was closed which was one of the main reasons I booked this place. There was also no kitchen or coffee machine. Basically everything that was on my booking wasn't in the room.

The room is large with a huge bathroom, and it contains air conditioners, which is really important in Iquitos. The staff are really kind and considered.

it was clean and comfortable the man at the dest was super kind and even ordered a pizza for us since our Spanish isn't up to par!

A very good hotel with a convenient location within walking distance to the center of Iquitos. The room was clean and spacious. There is air conditioning. The bathroom is spacious enough. There was no hot water, but luckily in this warm climate we didn't need it. The guy at the front desk was very helpful and kind, but unfortunately he didn't speak English. However, we managed with google translator. He connected us with good tour agency for a full day jungle tour. Good value for money.

Comfortable room with air conditioning. Felt secure and the staff were friendly. We were able to leave our bags for 2 nights for free while we did a jungle tour. Able to check out at 3pm (for an extra charge of 20 soles).

The kitchen is very under equipped - there's basically no cutlery, only 2 pots, no bowls, it's dirty and really difficult to make a meal. Wifi was very slow.

Has AC. Room was comfortable.

The host was easily reachable on the phone for all needs. The room clean and spacious and modern for Iquitos standard. The a/c worked well. At night there was no noise, also during the weekend. Had my peace and privacy during the stay.

The kitchen was quite basic.
