Hotel Busch in Wilster

Staff and owner were incredible! Lovely people couldn't be anymore helpful! Stayed in communication the whole time when we were running late for check in (flight was delayed) helped with booking taxis. Was a great experience though and added a bit to the adventure as we were going to Wacken Festival. We could leave our dirty boots and waterproofs outside,no one stole them,no one touched them,which was super nice and greatful that we could do that. Beds were a little low but super comfy! And the pillow was comfy (they only have one

It's not very Wheelchair friendly, the ramp used isn't stable enough for powered chairs. The shower isn't disabled friendly either. There were lots of spiders in our room and draws need to be checked and cleaned properly as there was moldey food in ours. No where to get drinks or food, especially drinks for the night. (I don't mean alcoholic I mean drinks in general.)

Located in a nice town 15km away from a festival area

The facilities were not clean, a bite apple found in the mini fridge, there were spiderwebs visible. Its ok for staying if you go to wacken festival because it has its own pariking lot, but improvements could be done given the cost (40 eur p/night approx)

Very expensive for a given category. The hotel is modest, with no big comfort, but would be OK - except for the price which is too high for the given standard. It is more worker's accommodation than a real hotel, but it is clean, good, no big issue and I would recommend it if the price would be lower. In addition there are no electric sockets near the beds and quite noisy restaurant (?) just outside, noisy people till 11 PM.
