RANGBAARI STAYS & CAFE

I was attending a Winter School at IIT Jodhpur and wanted to stay at a place which is not too far and my mother will be staying there for the whole day. I searched at Booking.com and found this. It was perfect for us. I used to leave early in the morning and return in the evening. My mother could go for a walk at a beautiful garden adjacent to the premises when it was safe and warm for her to walk. I was initially worried since she had a CAbG less than a year ago, but the hotel was perfect for her. Mr. Ashish is a very helpful person. He not only arranged an electric kettle (not advertised in booking.com) but also arranged lemon crushers early in the morning which we needed for lemon juice in lukewarm water before breakfast. He also allowed us to overstay for 2 hours on the last day of our stay.

Nothing that I can think of. It was perfect. I don't think it is possible to provide this facility at a cheaper rate given that he employs quite many staff members. I prefer less salt in food and Mr. Ashish was specially careful to prepare special food since the first time I mentioned. One day someone came and pressed the bell multiple times and we could see the door handle moving. I asked who is it, but there was no reply. I called Mr. Ashish and within a minute the menace was taken care of. I called again Mr. Ashish and he said someone with a room in the 2nd floor mistook it as his room. I didn't ask him why the guest didn't answer my question, but I believe it would be some language problem. I was happy that Mr. Ashish immediately took care that the problem was solved.

Breakfast was very much high extra charges when I booked from your side you tell me that breakfast is complimentary so why thay charged so high?

Breakfast is with room complimentary but then also they charges very highly. Why this happened with us??

Good place to stay just opposite to mandore garden,Good food,excellent welcome by host.

no lift,therefore difficult for seniors to use stair cases

Everything about this property is excellent. nice cafe, nice and clean rooms. great experience

The owner is super friendly, and helpful. We were even helped with carrying baggage. Awesome breakfast. Tip for you, go in the early morning 7am to see Mandore Gardens. There are heaps of monkeys there 🐒

I would add clean bedsheet before putting the blanket. We have asked for one additional and we received immediately.

Owners behaviour was a big plus, extremely polite and sweet spoken. Made arrangements for parking in the limited available space. Clean rooms and linen, very good ambience.

Mr. Ashish is very kind and hv helping nature along with staff, the hotel facilities are good and its very nice and comfertable 😊
