Tarawera River Lodge Motel

My elderly parents, both in their 90's, stayed here. Suzi went above and beyond to help my parents and check in on them. Suzi and the team were absolutely lovely and respectful. My parents needed to stay an extra night, last minute, also after checking out and we didn't check back in until late. Suzi had the outside light on and the heat pump on so the room was very cosy when checking in

The room was clean to an extremely high standard & the location was incredibly peaceful & beautiful. Our host, Mathie, could not have been nicer.
