Hostal TELSA SWEET STAY Inkahoteles

The room was spacious and we had plenty of room to open all of our suitcases. The property was very nicely decorated and clean. The attention from the staff was exceptional and they were helpful in accommodating us.

We were under the impression that there was a parking garage as mentioned on the booking website. However, upon arriving there was none which disrupted our plans. The staff was helpful in coming up with a solution since we had an early flight. I also would’ve appreciated more counter space in the bathroom especially as a woman with a lot of things.

Soft beds, hot water, and really clean

For some reason shower didn’t drain very well but that’s fixable.

The staff is so sweet, they make sure you enjoy your stay, they are welcoming and kind. The location is 12/10 !! Right on the nicest street of San Blas !

Location first of all as it is very convenient to go to the main plaza, also the hotel was very nice, the rooms were big and comfy.

that sometimes we needed to leave early for a tour and we coudn't get out of the hotel as they keep it lock early morning and after 7pm and there were no staff to open the doors.

Very beautiful building and rooms as well as bathrooms. Good locations with some small shops and restaurants close by not far to the center.

I like security but the need to get someone to get in AND out I. didn't like much. Got locked out the first night and had to call emergency numbers from their website to get back in. Quite a few things from the description are misaing too. Like foreign speakers, the kitchen, refrigerators, storage space in the bathroom.

The location is very central and nice. Good staff, clean room.

The room is pretty simple, without many perks. But it's a basic thing.
