Very central and the room was clean with hot weather. The Staff super helpful and polite.

Ali/Alejandra, one of the owners, who is the one who speaks English and German. She was so patient and compassionate when my bus from Nazca was awful and I was so motion sick and then the bus was 2 hours late, keeping her up until 2 a.m. Take some time to talk with her and ask to hear some of her stories. It will enhance your experience and understanding of Peru. She is wonderful. It's inside a courtyard and away from the street, so it was quiet. Yay! If you can't get hot water and think it's gone, turn off that knob and switch to the other one, ignoring that you think one is cold and one is hot. They have 2 solar tanks and if one is cold, the opposite knob will give you hot water from the other tank. Good, affordable price!

No access to a microwave, refrigerator or coffee and tea. The whole family is in a long process of working on the place, but no place to sit and relax outdoors or indoors. I look forward to returning when they are further along. But Ali made the stay wonderful, just as it is.

Nice people running it, be prepared to communicate in Spanish. Even though it looks rough from the outside the room was clean and spacious. I took a night bus and they let me checkout at 7pm which was amazing! Location is about 10-15min walk to Plaza de Armas. It's on a busy shopping street, safe because there was a big police station nearby. Some simple places to get food are nearby as well.

Showers didn't have hot water in the early morning otherwise it was available. Wifi was nearly non existent despite having a strong signal it was just slooooow. I think overall it is a nice option for the price if you don't reguire good wifi, maybe the high rating of 9 made me expect something more..

Host Alexandra was so friendly and helpful with all the information you need. She would do everything for you to feel like home! She can also speak English. Organization and communication is on top level. Always available for you. You can pay by card. Laundry service is available for 6SOL per kg with a nice quality. Very comfortable mattresses, enough of blankets and pillows. Location is good, only 15 min walk to Plaza de Armas. A lot of fresh air and quite in the yard, sunny place. Sometimes you can see a small part of the mountains from the terrace. It is a safe neighborhood, also it is safe to leave valuable things in the room. For a short stay it is a good place.

It is a usual hostel, so don't expect luxury. The maid cleans only on request, the towels won't be changed everyday, but you will be provided with everything else necessary. Lack of storage space, no closet, but still some shelves and bedside tables available, depending on the room. Sometimes there isn't enough hot water in the early morning, also the wifi might not work, but it can be easily fixed with restarting the router.

It's on the main street but set back in a courtyard so very quiet. Family run by daughter and her father who were so friendly and helpful. The daughter speaks excellent English.

My first room on the ground floor let in a lot of light but my 2nd room on the floor above was much better.
