Nice and quiet with big comfortable bed

The view was incredible and staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfy.

Nice view but for that you can just order a coke at the “restaurant” quit at night

No water during the night. None at all. Also, hot water depended on the water heater, sometimes it worked, a lot of times it did not. So, I asked them to fix it twice. The second time, the stuff (fat guy, probably the owner or the guy they called boss). He just told me: nobody has problems, it is only me with so many problems (well besides the water, I asked them to change the batteries from the air conditioning remote because I could not change the settings without it). He literally just got on his motorbike without fixing anything and without saying another word and stormed away. I’m not making this up. He just got on his bike and went off. No problem was solved, he did not even look at the shower again. Also pretty sure they have bed bugs. I was stung on places where you would kill mosquitoes. And the spots were really close to another and appeared after the night. They did not care. The room only gets cleaned if you demand it. Long story short: They think that they have a nice spot on the island (which they definitely have) and do not have to do anything else. They simply do not care, and for what they charge they offer close to nothing in return. Avoid.

It was not the famous Thai hospitality, "you can rebook if you don't like it, no problem".

We didn't get what we ordered.Everything is beautiful in the pictures, when you get there, you get what you get, instead of a room with a sea view, you get the very last bungalow.
