3 jours avant notre arrivée j'ai reçu un message précisent les horaires d'arrivée sans plus d'explications. Aucune réponse à mes messages/mail demandant s'il était possible de déposer les bagages plus tôt. Arrivés sur place nous avons eu une personne au téléphone, nous disant que sa collaboratrice était sur place, effectivement une dame qui faisait le ménage nous à ouvert et laissé déposer nos bagages. Elle ne nous a demandé aucune pièce d'identité contrairement à tous les autres logements où nous avons séjourné ! Par contre elle nous a demandé de régler les taxes en espèces et sans reçu ! Nous avons difficilement compris que nous devions récupérer les clés au bar en dessous, heureusement que voyant les horaires d'ouverture nous les avons récupérées de suite. Aucune autre information ne nous a été donnée, ni concernant le petit-déjeuner ni pour le départ.... Lit double inconfortable, peu d'isolation par rapport à l'avenue assez passante, balcon interdit d'accès, climatisation inefficace...

NOTHING, don't trust this place. This place is a total rip-off. Even for one night (like me) - it was not worth it at all. You will end up disappointed and spend even more money and time. Check-in was complicated - I had to pay 15 € surcharge for my late check-in at 10.15 pm. There will be someone waiting for you who you have to pay in cash for the check-in surcharge and city tax. Owner Irene did not respond or help when I needed her.

I do not recommend this place at all! Balcony was locked and not usable. I arrived at 22.15 pm. Some student was waiting for me (after calling him) to give me the keys. The moment this person left I wanted to use the bathroom. I touched the door handle and it broke, I had the whole thing in my hand and the door could not be opened. I texted the guy right away and he came back. We couldn't fix it and he told me that he has to ask the owner Irene what to do. She did not even answer the phone when her own employee called her. The reason: "Her baby is sleeping". She kept on sending text messages for 20 minutes explaining that we cannot break through the door (which would have been the only way to enter) - but under the bed there might be a screwdriver which we can use to fix the door. She didn't want to understand what was going on and said that we might be able to use the bathroom of some bar the day after. Excuse me? The next day? This does not solve my problem. I want to take a shower now and not tomorrow? If you have an emergeny and you need to use the toilet, good luck to you. The bar next door only opens in 8 hours. After one hour of wasting my time she told me that I have to leave the place because she can only send someone tomorrow to fix the door. Well, I was leaving the next day anyway. After kicking me out, she refused to pay me back the surcharge and guest tax. What a waste ot time and money, please don't book.

La scortesia della signora. Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto fuori orario invece e' stato gentilissimo.

Stanza sporca, su strada trafficata con rumore anche tutta la notte non essendo ben isolata. Chiedono pagamento tassa di soggiorno in contanti da lasciare in stanza, senza fornire né il resto né la ricevuta.

Room was clean and comfy. Good location

Owner non responsive. I was texting for a week without response. I only got checkin info once i was there waiting outside. The rest was fine

Except the location, this place is a very poor choice. The bathroom was stinking.

Smell in room and bathroom. Expensive for the type of room.
