perfect for work travel. great breakfast, helpful and friendly hostess. felt like we're at friends home, not at hotel. A++

I would stay again in this place, and with minor touch-ups I would rate it 9. It was a cozy stay in a house with the garden around. The hostess greeted us and explained everything in person. I have noticed she is reading the reviews and improving the place. Although the railroad is surprisingly close, but there were a lot of trees in the garden and we did not hear the trains loudly even being outside.

The kitchen and the fridge was a bit untidy. It could be more organised with all stuff put in places. We came back late and were afraid to wake up somebody staying inside in the common room, but we also didn't know how to turn on the lightening to stay outside in the garden. Using the shower with curtain was a bit uncomfortable - water spilling around the bathroom tiles.

Simple but good breakfast. especially for pancake lowers. Very comfortable bed, if you are a fan of firm ones.

The only inconvenient thing was a very slippery bathroom floor. A simple rubber mat would solve It quite well

Fresh air, unspoiled nature, and a small river are the big advantages of this property. Caring hostess whose delicious pancakes are waiting for you at the appointed time in the morning. It is pleasant to sit on the terrace facing the river, which has direct individual access from the room. Comfortable beds, natural wood floors, and furniture. In the kitchen, you can find the necessary crockery and cutlery. The complimentary mineral water offered to each guest is a pleasure. The shower room is large enough. Free parking is available outside the building. The nearest restaurant is about 1 km away, small grocery shops, a meat and sausage shop, and a pharmacy are even closer. Tourist attractions, including ancient castle ruins, and a manor park, are 1.5-2 km away.

It would be a relief for guests if they could watch live programmes on TV without the extra effort of hardware features.
