"Una vergüenza"

Ubicación

El check in es de 15 a 17. Eso no puede ser. Aunque lo ponía en la web, jamás lo vi porque jamás imaginé tal cosa. Les escribí con mucha antelación preguntando por el check in y comentando mi hora de llegada (sobre las 19 o 20) y me dijeron solo la hora de inicio del check in, no de fin. Les pregunté si mi hora estaba bien y NUNCA ME CONSTESTARON. Me escribieron por otros asuntos así que entendí que estaba bien la hora. Cuando llegue, me dejaron en la calle y tuve que buscar otro hotel. No me han devuelto el dinero. Adjunto captura de nuestras conversaciones. Una vergüenza. He sido recepcionista en hoteles y nunca vi algo así.

Stanza situata in una zona molto pericolosa di Bologna, state attenti. La stanza è piccola e invasa da muffa (bagno) e insetti: abbiamo trovato scarafaggi all interno e dopo aver dormito sul materasso ci siamo trovati con delle punture di insetto (cimici?). Ingresso appartamento dominato dai piccioni, necessario stare attenti per evitare che vi volino sulla testa. Non ci torneremo.

Perfect gelegen midden in de stad! Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig.

Je hoort wel veel van buren en de stad, maar wij hebben er echt geen enkel probleem mee gehad. De ligging maakt het het waard. Eigenlijk geen negatieve punten!
