удачное расположение, отзывчивый персонал, вид на достопримечательности, тишина, соотношение цена/качество. красивый сад, выход на крышу, соседство со сванской башней, вид с крыши на горы, балкон.

The staff were so incredibly kind and helpful! The building, room and garden are beautiful! There’s a great kitchen and the location is amazing. Bed is super comfy and they even brought me a huge awesome heater when it wasn’t even that cold outside! And I was able to store my luggage when I went trekking. Would definitely stay here again!

Be careful not to flush the toilet right before you shower cause the water pressure will be weak and it won’t stay as hot. But otherwise it’s great!

The family & location. Ontario is always nice & ready to help. Grandma is adorable, always with her smiling face though we can’t communicate in language at all😀. The house is very clean.

Shower is very weak , hot water is not stable. Not enough socket & not in a right place

Cet hébergement est situé dans une magnifique maison qui a du caractère dans le centre de Mestia. L'accueil a été excellent. L'établissement met à disposition sa machine à laver et ses etendoirs.

Il y a très peu d’équipement dans la cuisine, même pas d’assiettes Les peintures de la chambre qui s’écaillent Le manque de communication avec les personnes faisant l’accueil, au demeurant très souriantes, mais ne parlant pas anglais

We appreciated a lot the friendly approach of the owner and proactivity in fulfilling of our needs. Location was perfect, availability of the parking and wifi connection excellent. View from our room was amazing, as well as from the roof of the guest house and the tower. We will miss time in Mestia a lot. Thanks!

Equipment and cleaness of the kitchen could be better, but in Mestia are so man y restaurants and cafes, that you don't need to use the kitchen for a food preparation.
