The room was incredible with a special traditional vibe to it. Amazing view with the most quiet atmosphere I have ever experienced. The staff was very helpful and service oriented. Many beautiful attractions in the surrounding mountains like hike trails, pagodas, small markets and flowers/fruits fields. There aren't any taxis so you should have a car or get a private driver beforehand.

After travelling via moped from Pai to this location for 3 hours, got here to find a closed hotel and despite booking 2 months in advance I received a messages 2hours from the time I arrived on the day of booking to say the booking had been cancelled. Never experienced anything like this ever anywhere before.

Staff commitment

The room experienced extremely low temperature and humidity, with the added challenge of no available heating, only air conditioning. Despite the staff's effort in providing extra blankets, the conditions remained uncomfortably cold. Furthermore, the cottage lacked essential furniture like chairs, making it difficult to organize belongings from our suitcases. The bathroom, with its small size and sloping walls, didn't allow for comfortable standing. The water flowing into the bathtub was discolored, and the low pressure meant filling it took about 30 minutes. In addition to these issues, there was no WiFi, and the staff's attempts to address the problems didn't adequately compensate for the overall dissatisfaction. The hotel's amenities listed items not found in the room, such as a safe and outdoor furniture. Moreover, the hotel's location, 1.5 hours away from the city center by car, made it practically inaccessible without renting a car.

The location was nice and the staff were friendly

Hot water didn't work. It is impossible to fill the bath with the water that comes out of the tap. The furniture is nowhere to be found

it didn’t seem very thought through. the design of the rooms was awkward. hot water didn’t work in first room, doors didn’t close.

An amazing getaway feeling 100% surrounded by nature, countryside and peace. A real treat if you want to disconnect from day to day. The staff are so friendly and the rooms are clean with all that you'd need. The outdoor bathtub is cute (there's also another shower inside) and my sleep was great with the natural sound of the river right outside. Dinner was a hot plate which was delicious and set outside. I'd come back and highly recommend.
