The staff was friendly

At the very beginning, they tried to put us in a room without a good view, even though I asked for a room with a good view. I ended up changing rooms, and in the new room, the shower was broken, and the gas stopped working one night, preventing the water from heating.

Entre les 2 fenêtres de la chambre se trouve un espace ouvert et qui reste tout le temps ouvert où nous pouvons entendre les bruits extérieurs

The view is amazing. The accomodation is simple but sufficient. It was clean and all you need. The food was very good and really good price. For the price payed this was excellent! I can recommend if you can do with simple accomodation and the best view :-) Staff was nice and helpful.

there are steep steps to walk up and down, so if you have some health issue this might not be good for you

The room we got was extremely run down and full of alive & dead bugs (including bedbugs). The whole room seemed dirty and the windows did not close properly. The “pool area” consisted of two chairs and a small pool with dirty water. We talked to the receptionist that we did not want to stay in this room - for the refund the receptionist said we have to get in touch with the management. We requested a refund through booking.com - it was declined by the hotel. After texting with them, they said they will accept a full refund, we shall request it again… they declined our refund request again and weeks after this they messaged me to send us 1/4 of the price we paid, which after another 3 weeks I still have not received.

L'hôtel est très bien placé dans Munbuk que ce soit pour visiter les cascades, les rizières à proximité ou pour d'autres visites à 45 minutes en voiture. Nous avons trouvé de très bons warums pas trop loin. Prévoir une frontale ou autre lumière pour marcher le long de la route le soir. L'hôtel est vieillissant et on a l'impression que le ménage est vite fait. Cela n'a pas gâché notre séjour car c'était largement compensé par la vue incroyable de notre chambre. Un conseil, mettez votre réveil pour le lever de soleil. Nous étions au bord de la piscine et vu le nombre et la grandeur des marches, c'était plutôt pas mal. Attendez vous à un séjour sportif compte tenu des marches mais nous avons logé 3 nuits à Puri Alam Bali et nous avons pris ça avec philosophie. Les chambres sont assez étroites et il n'y a pas rangements. Pour 3 jours à 3, ça va mais à 4 et pour une durée plus longue ça peut être un frein. On entend un peu la route du bas et les coqs mais rien de gênant avec les bouchons d'oreilles. En octobre, l'eau de la piscine était agréable. Nous remercions l'hôtel pour nous avons recommandé des taxis.

Quelques travaux de rafraichissement seraient à prévoir. La douche aux pieds des toilettes peut surprendre.
