Ústretovosť personálu pri načasovaní, cena raňajok adekvátna kvalite, skvelá poloha a diskrétne prostredie.

Vo výnimočných situáciách ohrozenia života, bolo by fair, aby klient nemusel znášať maximálny storno poplatok za to, že našas nenastúpi na rezervovaný pobyt. Načo potom slúži poistenie, ak nie na ochranu zákazníka v situáciách, ktoré nedokáže vlastným konaním objektívne vylúčiť.

Ubytovanie bolo super. Poloha blízko centra, súkromné bezplatné parkovisko, raňajky s možnosťou bohatého výberu. Majitelia boli veľmi ústretoví a umožnili nám skorší príchod.

"Super spokojnosť"

Celková spokojnosť, ponúkli mi všetko, čo majú k dispozícii. Dokonca v Kuchynke káva, čaj, možnosť si ohriať aj vlastné jedlo.

Nemám žiadne výhrady, len posteľ bola ja moju výšku trošku menšia.

Penzion Magura je velmi cisty a prijemny. Izby boli pripravene este pred oficialnym check-inom a pani majitelka nemala ziaden problem nas tam ubytovat hned po nasom prichode. No a navyse pani majitelka je velmi prijemna pani - citili sme sa tam vyborne
